SHIPPING INFO

We ship our product from China using FedEx, UPS, DHL ext. We aim to deliver shipping in 48 hours once we received your order.  

Please check your email for the shipping number and any ongoing updates.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish for a return, please contact us using the CONTACT section. There, one of our agent will guide you through the return process.

Notice: We do not offer return for any artificial damages.

  • For after-purchase return: 14 days starting from the day of purchase.
  • For product-caused quality return: 90 days starting from the day of purchase.

DAMAGED AND WISH FOR REPAIR

If your beloved artware is damaged and wish for a repair, please contact us through the CONTACT section and briefly address the issue. There, our repair agent will reply and guide you through the repairing process. 

Notice: 

1. Certain damages may not be able to repair due to the peculiarity of the material.

2. We do not ensure the repairing process will restore the full appearance and functionality of the artware when new, yet we definitely will try our best out of it.

3. Additional cost may generate for the repair process, including material, labor and shipping cost.
